Our office focuses on the health and wellness of women, mother’s, and babies. Although our individual practitioners usually lease space and work independently managing their own businesses, we have a unique relationship in which we case manage many of our patient populations together. If patients choose to see one healthcare professional in the building and also choose another modality we offer, the two professionals (with consent of the patient) often co-manage the case together. This allows for a unique and better quality care plan.

Our practitioners have a closeness and connection to one another, as well as a similar mission and vision to provide care for women and children in need of our services, with emphasis on building trust and delivering quality care to the BIPOC community in Elmira and surrounding areas.

Someone seeking to lease space with us would ideally have a similar mission and vision in mind, be willing to build their practice at their leisure, and possess the empathy and compassion necessary to care for patients who have experienced social and economic inequity, trauma, and other challenges that need time and attention. Note: We do not solely suggest patients see other practitioners in our building, we offer them options that are widely available to let them choose who they may fit with more comfortably.

We currently have 6 fairly large spaces available for lease (1yr). We do require a staff interview for any interested parties to ensure our mission and vision for serving the community is uniform with interested parties. Part-time workers are welcome to share space with another practitioner if you choose. Lease rules, regulations, and time frames are still binding.

If complementary care coordination is not acceptable to you, you wouldn’t receive complementary care for you and your own family, and you are not willing to work together with practitioners outside of your paradigm when patients are seeking such care, this likely isn’t the environment for you to work in.
