Dr. Crystal Gullo-Buzzetti, DC, MS, MBA, H.Sci.D.
Dr. Crystal has been working with pregnant patients and infants for over 12 years in Elmira, NY. Her postgraduate education is extensive, including a master’s in Human Nutrition, Doctorate in Nutrition and Health Science Education (pending 2023), and an MBA.
Dr. Crystal’s Chiropractic certifications include Applied Kinesiology with the ICAK 2008, Webster Pregnancy Protocol 2008 (Awarded 2010 upon graduation), and completion of the ICPA’s Pediatric and Pregnancy and Perinatal postgraduate courses (certification award pending).
Dr. Crystal loves to travel internationally with her family and is an avid bread and pizza baker!
Dr. Ashley Alteri, DPT
Dr. Ashely joined us in December 2023! She is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been practicing in an outpatient setting for the last seven years since graduating from Ithaca College.
“Stemming from the birth of my own children, I have developed a burning passion for helping the pregnant and postpartum community. I have extensive training for pregnant and postpartum women, in orthopedics as well as for the pelvic floor, and am eager to build upon my knowledge so that I can always provide the most up-to-date and exceptional care.
It is my mission to not only improve your quality of life, but also help raise the bar for pregnancy and postpartum care. I firmly believe it is important that you as a parent are feeling and performing your best so that you are able to be the best for your child/children and ultimately enjoy this new chapter of life.
I pride myself on being different than the typical Pelvic Floor Therapist. Not only will I ensure everything functions properly but then I will help take your body through strength and mobility training so you can get back to doing all the things you love without having to worry.”

Jeannette is an Elmira native. Dr. Crystal and Jeannette have known each other much longer than our 12 years in practice.
Jeannette is a priceless fixture of empathy and guidance in our practice. Her nickname is “The Baby Whisperer” as she can soothe almost any baby in the office and she jumps at the opportunity to help with children while parents are getting their Chiropractic care.
Through lived experience and her own commitment to wellness, Jeannette is a wealth of information and as the “face” of our practice when you arrive and exit, she excels and easing you into your health journey with us.
Jeannette is also an accomplished and talented stained glass artist! Look around the office for her work.
Pheobe Hull, LMT- Licensed Massage Therapist
Pheobe has been with Healing Arts for 5+ years, but she and Dr. Crystal have known each other for over a decade. She is one of the most talented and intuitive bodyworkers in the area and utilizes therapeutic skills that take massage well beyond relaxation and into the healing and recovery realm.
