Dr. Buzzetti has been a Certified Webster Pregnancy care provider since 2010 and has had extensive instruction and clinical training since 2008 through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Buzzetti has co-managed pregnancy care with local OBGYNs, Midwives, and with home, hospital, and birth center births. 

A typical pregnancy consult consists of an extensive new patient history, examination, and an individually based treatment plan consisting of manual muscle therapy (trigger point release, myofascial, and/or neuromuscular re-education), Webster Chiropractic adjustments, and therapeutic exercise and nutritional recommendations (when necessary). Follow-up visits consist of the same components minus the need for examinations (unless providing a re-evaluation of condition). Our treatments are very intricate and we recommend ALL patients hydrate well before and after visits.

Dr. Buzzetti has post-graduate training in Pediatric Chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association since 2008. Just as with our Pregnancy care,  Dr. Buzzetti is happy to co-manage Pediatric care with your child's primary care provider. Referral from a medical provider or co-managed care is not a requirement for a child to receive Chiropractic care. Pediatric Chiropractic is a gentle, non-invasive adjustment procedure.

The Pediatric visit:

Our pediatric visits are intensive. After a thorough history (Medical, Pregnancy, Birth, Familial), we conduct a physical & well examination including an assessment of all systems, Skin, EENT, Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Musculoskeletal, and Neurological; including assessment of Infant Primitive Reflexes.

In most cases, especially cases of lactation concerns (bottle, breast/chest, paci) we also conduct an assessment of the craniosacral system.

Our treatment is designed based on our findings and requires more time due to the intricate nature of muscle work and craniosacral therapy with infants. We move with the baby through the care.

The Pediatric Adjustment:

Pediatric adjustments are delivered with our fingertips, an adjustment instrument, and/or assisted with pediatric adjustment pieces. The pressure applied to an infant/toddler is the pressure used to press a key on your keyboard when typing, or we use vibration and movement. It is gentle and painless. Many of our parents seek care for wellness. Chiropractic adjustments allow for proper range of motion, joint movement, and relief from muscle dysfunction.

Adult Chiropractic Care

New Patient visits include a detailed history, examination of the area of complaint and any related areas, manual muscle therapies, Chiropractic adjustment, therapeutic exercise suggestions, nutrition, and referrals. 

Wellness patients are usually looking to maintain health and function. In contrast, some patients seek assistance with acute or chronic conditions such as sciatica, mid/low back pain, radicular pain from a herniated disc, muscle spasms, headaches, joint pain, sports injuries, etc. As our treatments are very intricate and hands-on, we recommend ALL patients are well-hydrated before and after visits.

Chiropractors are known for treating and bringing relief to people suffering from spinal pain. Our skills do help provide relief and our passion is to be wellness care practitioners to maintain your pain-reduced lifestyle.
