RESERVATION POLICIES:

All hours are by appointment only. Appointments can be made via phone, text, email, or in person. A valid full name, address, phone, and email address are required to received and complete our online patient intake forms. In the interest of the environment ALL of our paperwork for Chiropractic care is currently online based. Patients cannot share an email address for privacy situations. All of our staff are HIPAA trained in patient privacy rules and regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Healing Arts Chiropractic & Wellness has a 24 hour cancellation policy. IF your appointment, new or follow-up, is not cancelled withing the 24 hour time frame you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. Thank you.

COVID-19 CHECK-IN Policy:

Due to the current conflicts and policies with COVID-19, All patients must wait in their vehicle and notify the front desk staff by call or text message that you have arrived. Please stay in your car until we advise you to enter the front foyer of the building as the doors will not be open freely.

You MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES IN THE BUILDING. Your temperature will be assessed prior to entry and you will be asked a series of questions pertaining to current health, travel, and malaise.

Any persons with a temperature of 100 or higher will not be admitted to the building and you will need to reschedule you appointment.

If you have a cough, fever, acute gastrointestinal illness, have had a loss of smell or taste, or nausea or vomitting, please reschedule your appointment. IF you have traveled to any of the travel ban states with COVID-19 outbreaks you will not be permitted into the building until you have been illness free/quaratined for 14 days.
